We strictly enforce specific eligibility criteria for returning the Larger Lines Checkbook Register to ensure the integrity of our financial stationery. Because these are blank financial tools used for sensitive personal and small business accounting, returns are only accepted if the compact 6x3 inches checkbooks are entirely unused, unaltered, and completely free of any writing, marks, or creases on the pages. The items must be returned in their original, sealed shrink-wrap packaging to guarantee they can be safely resold as pristine, secure financial instruments.
Customer Scenario 1: A customer orders a multi-pack of Larger Lines Checkbook Registers intending to distribute them for their small business finances. Upon receiving the package, they leave the items in their sealed, original shrink-wrap but realize they accidentally ordered the wrong physical dimensions. When the customer initiates a return within our standard 30-day window and ships the package back, the unsealed pack is fully refunded to their original payment method following a brief warehouse inspection, as the integrity of the stationery has been perfectly preserved.
Customer Scenario 2: Conversely, if a customer unseals a checkbook register, writes their bank account details or logs a few transactions on the 0.55-inch wide rows, and then decides the 9-line format does not suit their specific financial tracking style, the return request will be outright rejected. Once the paper has been written on, marked, or the binding bent through active use, the transaction register is permanently voided for resale and cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged under any circumstances.
We also have a distinct process for paper goods that are damaged in transit. If your checkbook registers arrive with bent covers, severe water damage, or misprinted 2025-2027 calendars due to manufacturing defects or carrier mishandling, customers must contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery. By providing clear photographic evidence of the damaged blank pages or compromised covers, we will expedite a direct replacement without requiring you to ship the damaged paper goods back, ensuring minimal disruption to your financial monitoring and budgeting.
